Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you will oversee the entire pre-production process for the American audience, with a strong focus on script development and refinement.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Lifecycle Management: Own the complete scripting process including ideation, localisation, scripting, and quality check of the script.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with writers and producers to create the best quality content
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the project meets the company's high standards for quality, style, and consistency; provide constructive feedback and support to the team.
- Team player: Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting creativity and professional growth within the creative team.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate new techniques in the content production process.
Mandatory Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in working with English scripts (preferably micro-drama)
- Curiosity to learn and adopt AI technologies
- Keen knack for story-telling
- Knowledge of American culture and ability to produce content that is relevant to western media.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines and expectations
- Problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in English, especially American English
Good to Have Skills
- Formal education in fine arts, film, or cinema
- Understanding of the content production process
- Experience in AI tools
