Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you will oversee the entire pre-production process for the American audience, with a strong focus on script development and refinement.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Lifecycle Management: Own the complete scripting process including ideation, localisation, scripting, and quality check of the script.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with writers and producers to create the best quality content
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the project meets the company's high standards for quality, style, and consistency; provide constructive feedback and support to the team.
• Team player: Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting creativity and professional growth within the creative team.
• Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate new techniques in the content production process.

Mandatory Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in working with English scripts (preferably micro-drama)
• Curiosity to learn and adopt AI technologies
• Keen knack for story-telling
• Knowledge of American culture and ability to produce content that is relevant to western media.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines and expectations
• Problem-solving approach
• Proficiency in English, especially American English

Good to Have Skills

• Formal education in fine arts, film, or cinema
• Understanding of the content production process
• Experience in AI tools
