Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and agile Reels and Video Content Creator to join our team immediately. This role is designed for a professional who can think, shoot, and edit on the go—turning real-time campaign moments into engaging short-form content. Based in Lucknow, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to transform on-ground activities into compelling visual narratives that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-impact Reels and Shorts from on-ground campaign activities, ensuring a rapid turnaround for digital platforms.
- Shoot and edit content independently, focusing on capturing behind-the-scenes footage and the human side of political campaigns.
- Execute trend-based and narrative-driven content ideas that drive audience engagement and maintain brand consistency.
- Coordinate closely with clients on-ground to understand specific brief requirements and deliver real-time, relevant visual content.
- Manage the full production cycle in dynamic environments, from initial capture to final delivery, ensuring all content is polished and professional.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, or Multimedia Design preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in mobile-first video creation and editing, particularly within a production house or political consulting firm.
- Strong hands-on experience with mobile shooting setups and a deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, and digital trends.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, unpredictable field environments while meeting tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate on-ground requirements into high-quality digital assets.
Additional Information
- Location: Lucknow (Extensive travel across Uttar Pradesh required as per campaign needs).
- Travel & Allowances: During assigned tours, stay, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company.
- Candidates must be comfortable with a flexible schedule and be prepared for frequent field assignments.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience (₹32,000 - ₹35,000 per month)
