Job Title: Content Creator (Video Strategy & Performance)

Location: Gurugram, Sector-67

Timing: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Working days: Monday to Friday (WFO) and Saturday (WFH)

Experience: 2-4 Years of Experience

Salary: As per the market standard

About the Role

We're looking for a Content Creator who understands video strategy, not just execution.

This role sits at the intersection of content, performance marketing, and consumer psychology — where your job is to figure out what kind of videos will actually work, and then bring them to life.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and shaping video content that drives engagement, conversions, and brand recall across Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads.

If you naturally break down ads, hooks, and viral videos while scrolling — this role is for you.

What You'll do

Video Strategy and Content Creation (Core Focus)

  • Identify what kind of videos will work for different platforms (Reels, Shorts, Meta Ads)
  • Develop high-performing content angles, hooks, and formats
  • Translate brand and product goals into scroll-stopping video ideas
  • Continuously test new formats and double down on what performs

Scripting & Storytelling

  • Write high-conversion scripts with strong hooks and clear messaging
  • Create multiple variations for A/B testing
  • Ensure content aligns with audience psychology and platform behavior

Performance Driven Content Thinking

  • Analyze metrics like CTR, retention, watch time, and conversions
  • Break down winning and failing creatives to identify patterns
  • Work closely with the performance team to improve ROAS through creatives

Creator & Production Collaboration

  • Brief and guide creators, editors, and UGC artists
  • Provide clear direction on shots, structure, pacing, and edits
  • Ensure final output matches the intended strategy, not just aesthetics

Trend and Platform Understanding

  • Stay on top of social trends, viral formats, and ad creatives
  • Decode competitor content and adapt winning patterns
  • Build a strong reference bank of what works and why

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation, video strategy, or performance-driven content roles
  • Strong understanding of what works on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads
  • Can break down why a video performs — not just say this is good
  • Comfortable being both creative and analytical
  • Strong storytelling, scripting, and idea-generation skills

Good To Have

  • Experience in D2C / skincare / e-commerce brands
  • Hands-on experience with UGC-style content and creator-led videos
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads creatives and performance metrics
  • Basic editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) — not the core requirement

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently generating high-performing video ideas and creatives
  • Improving ad performance through creative testing and iteration
  • Creating viral or high-engagement organic content
  • Building a repeatable content playbook for the brand
