Job Summary

Sotbella is looking for a result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute the brand's overall marketing strategy. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive customer acquisition, brand growth, and revenue performance across digital and offline channels.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in fashion or e-commerce marketing, with a deep understanding of performance marketing, branding, and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead digital marketing efforts including performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads), SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain strong brand positioning and communication across all channels
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to improve ROI and conversions
  • Collaborate with creative, content, merchandising, and sales teams for campaign execution
  • Handle influencer marketing, PR activities, and brand collaborations
  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets effectively
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and competitor strategies
  • Improve website and marketplace performance (Nykaa, Myntra, etc.) through marketing initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team
  • Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and scaling strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, with 2–4 years in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of fashion, apparel, and e-commerce marketing
  • Hands-on experience in performance marketing, branding, and growth strategies
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Background

  • Candidates from fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or D2C brands
  • Experience in women's wear or fashion accessories brands
  • Prior experience in scaling a brand through digital-first marketing strategies
