a. Rusk Studios:

Rusk Studios has produced flagship unscripted properties such as Battleground on Amazon MX Player, India's first fitness entertainment competition featuring celebrity mentors like Shikhar Dhawan, Rubina Dilaik, Fukra Insaan, Rajat Dalal and Asim Riaz and Engaged on JioHotstar featuring Urfi Javed and Harsh Gujral, a high-engagement reality show exploring modern relationships.

In addition to OTT originals, Rusk Media operates Alright, its flagship digital channel and distribution network across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, reaching millions of Gen-Z and millennial viewers every month.Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own and scale paid media campaigns across platforms: Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic, and emerging ad networks.
  • Drive user acquisition & engagement across Rusk's content, apps, and live event Ips
  • Optimize CAC and deliver on new subscriber OKRs per campaign cycle.
  • Manage and optimize monthly budgets ensuring ROI across multiple verticals.
  • Run A/B testing on creatives, audiences, formats, and funnels.
  • Collaborate with creative & content teams to align campaign messaging with Rusk IP launches.
  • Benchmark and replicate successful strategies from OTT, social and creator-led platforms
  • Build dashboards & reporting for CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, LTV, and funnel metrics.
  • Explore new channels (influencer performance, affiliates, partnerships) for diversified growth.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (consumer internet, gaming, OTT, creator economy, or digital-first brands preferred).
  • Proven success in scaling ₹50L+ annual ad spends with strong CAC control.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, DV360; knowledge of influencer/affiliate marketing is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills (Excel, SQL, Looker, or similar).
  • Creative thinker with ability to brief, test, and scale impactful ad creatives.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple verticals and priorities.
