Job Role
- Schedule daily posts + quick replies on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn using Zoho Social
- Create and analyse customer surveys & NPS in Zoho Survey (target 200+ responses monthly)
- Manage & optimize Google My Business and local listings using Zoho Publish
- Set up and run loyalty, referral & affiliate programs in Zoho Thrive
- Host 1 webinar/virtual event every month end-to-end using Zoho Backstage
- Manage product catalogue, pricing, abandoned-cart emails in Zoho Commerce
- Build quick forms (quote request, webinar signup, etc.) using Zoho Forms
Requirements
Must-Have
- 1–3 years experience in content, social media or community management
- Creative writing + basic Canva/photo editing skills
