We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can think strategically, execute creatively, and manage end-to-end social media for multiple brands.

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, executing, and optimising social media content and campaigns across platforms. This role requires a balance of creative thinking, content planning, trend awareness, design sense, analytics, and paid ads knowledge.

You will work closely with designers, videographers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure every brand has a strong and consistent digital presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Planning & Management
  • Create monthly and weekly content calendars for multiple client brands.
  • Plan and manage reels, posts, carousels, stories, shorts, and static creatives.
  • Ensure brand tone, visual style, and messaging consistency across platforms.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and editors for timely content delivery.
Campaign & Concept Development
  • Come up with campaign ideas, content themes, reels concepts, and trend-based formats.
  • Suggest festive, cultural, seasonal, and moment-marketing ideas.
  • Develop social-first campaign ideas that can scale into ads and brand activations.
  • Research competitors, global pages, and trending formats for inspiration.
Design & Creative Direction
  • Provide clear creative direction to designers and video editors.
  • Share design references, moodboards, reel inspirations, and layout ideas.
  • Ensure creatives are visually strong and platform-optimised.
Publishing & Community Management
  • Publish content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
  • Write or coordinate captions, hashtags, and posting schedules.
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and engagement; flag important queries or feedback.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, saves, CTR, and conversions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights.
  • Analyse what content formats and campaigns are working and optimise accordingly.
Paid Ads & Performance Marketing
  • Plan and run Meta (Instagram & Facebook) ads for awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Assist in budget allocation, audience targeting, creatives testing, and optimisation.
  • Coordinate with the internal team on ad creatives and copy.
  • Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 0–4 years of experience (freshers with the attitude to learn and grow are welcome) managing social media for brands or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Good sense of design, visual aesthetics, and content storytelling.
  • Experience in content planning, campaign ideation, and reel strategies.
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and basic performance marketing concepts.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Notion, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Good to Have
  • Experience handling multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Exposure to F&B, lifestyle, alcohol & beverage, tourism, or government accounts.
  • Basic copywriting skills for captions and ad headlines.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
