Role Summary
Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for clients while handling lead management, content creation, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and qualify leads; conduct initial client calls.
- Act as SPOC between clients and internal teams (Creative, DM, Dev).
- Coordinate projects (Website, CRM, Digital Marketing, Social Media, SEO).
- Create, script, and act in Instagram reels to promote company services.
- Attend virtual client meetings and demos; support digital marketing deal closures (occasional in-person meetings).
- Perform basic video editing and post design using Canva.
- Step in to support team members when required.
- Report directly to the Managing Director (MD).
Skills Required- Strong communication & multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing & web services
- Proficiency in Canva
- Comfortable on camera & client-facing
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Willingness and confidence to create and appear in social media content (reels, videos, and promotional posts)
