Location: Chennai
Type: Internship (3 months)
Department: Growth & Content
We Don't Do Average. Neither Should You.
EyeLevel Growth Studio is India's only dedicated Pickleball Marketing & Events Agency — and we're building the sport's cultural moment in real time. From courtside brand activations to national-level tournaments, we're at the intersection of sports, storytelling and strategy.
We're looking for a Social Media Management Intern who lives online, thinks in formats and has strong opinions about what makes content stop the scroll.
What You'll Actually Do
- Own day-to-day content scheduling and publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn and X
- Draft captions, stories and short-form copy for EyeLevel and client brands
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and keep the community warm
- Assist in building content calendars aligned with campaigns and event timelines
- Track analytics and flag what's working (and what isn't)
- Collaborate with the creative team on reels, carousels and campaign assets
- Research trends, competitors and sports marketing content globally
You're a Fit If You
- Spend more time analysing content than just consuming it
- Know the difference between a hook and a headline
- Can write in multiple tones — hype, informative, conversational — without sounding robotic
- Have a basic eye for design (Canva fluency is enough to start)
- Are curious about sports, brands and how culture is built online
- Can take a brief and run with it, not wait to be hand-held
Bonus Points
- You follow sports brands or athletes on social — not just for entertainment, but to learn
- You've run a personal page, college page, or client account before
- You know what engagement rate actually means
What You'll Get
- Hands-on work on real events and live campaigns (not just mock projects)
- Exposure to sports marketing, B2B brand strategy and influencer ecosystems
- Mentorship from practitioners who've built campaigns from scratch
- A front-row seat to India's fastest-growing sport
