Key Responsibilities:
- Design aValue-Based Competency Frameworkfor all roles within the organization.
- IdentifyDifferentiating Competenciesfor critical roles.
- Developdetailed behavioral indicatorsandproficiency levelsfor each competency.
- Align competency mapping with the broaderL&D strategyandorganizational goals.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), team leads, and stakeholders to gather role-specific insights.
- Enable integration of the framework into existing HR systems such as performance appraisals, career pathing, and development planning.
- Conduct workshops or interviews as needed to validate and socialize the framework.
- Recommend approaches forcontinuous learningandknowledge sharingto foster a learning organization.
- Define metrics and processes for evaluating the impact of the competency framework.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and training content for rollout and implementation support.
Desired Profile:
- Proven experience in designing and implementingcompetency frameworksacross various organizational levels.
- Strong understanding ofL&D strategy,learning needs identification, andtraining processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work withcross-functional teamsand managestakeholder expectations.
- Excellent facilitation, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Prior experience in identifying and codifyingbehavioral indicators and proficiency levelsis essential.
- Exposure tolearning metricsand evaluating learning effectiveness is a plus.
- Preferably has worked with or innon-profit,consulting, orresearch-based organizations.
Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in competency mapping, HR consulting, or L&D.
Salary:Salary shall be commensurate with experience and skills.
