Job Description

KRAs

Project execution of civil work to ensure completion of project in time in line with quality and safety standards
Reviewing BBS as made and to ensure proper tracking and consumption of Steel as per drawing to keep track on utilization
Prepare a micro plan in coordination with the Project Manager and Planning team. To ensure proper utilization of resources.
Coordinate with the planning and purchase team for resource planning
Coordinate with the Project Manager for finalising contractors and mobilising resources at the site as per requirement
Review all drawings in detail in coordination with Design team. Release RFI if any and coordinate with in house or consultant to ensure its closure

Requirements

Must-have Skills:

Experience handling Rise Residential Projects.
Experience in Technical Design coordination.
Well-versed with MS Office
Only from Contractor Back Ground/Consulting Projects
Must have been in a managerial role to handle teams
Must have experience in working with petty and small contractors
Must have had prior experience in working on a residential development project (from piling to civil construction)
Must have worked on a project for a minimum of 3 years in Aluform technology
