Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and driven professional to manage end-to-end contract coordination. The role involves working closely with clients, BDMs, and internal commercial teams to ensure the timely closure of contracts, while building strong relationships and driving outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including review, coordination, and closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contract stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Proactively follow up, push, and close contracts within defined timelines
- Coordinate with BDM, clients, and commercial teams for deal closure and alignment
- Actively participate in negotiations and discussions to finalise terms
- Ensure contracts are signed on time (same-day closures wherever possible)
- Review contracts for accuracy and highlight discrepancies
- Use AI tools, ERP systems, and Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Drive conversations over calls and effectively convince stakeholders for closures
- Maintain high ownership and ensure no delays in contract execution

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in contract management, coordination, or client handling roles
- Exposure to international clients or global work environments preferred
- Technical understanding (AI/ERP exposure is a plus)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities
