Job Title: Community Executive
Role Summary
Own and grow the Secret Alchemist community. You will build, engage, and nurture the Scent Club across online and offline touchpoints, driving conversations, loyalty, and brand affinity.
Key Responsibilities
● Own community management across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and IRL events
● Actively engage with members—respond to queries, spark conversations, and build relationships
● Moderate discussions to ensure a warm, inclusive, and on-brand tone
● Plan and execute community events, meet-ups, and exclusive experiences
● Gather insights, feedback, and sentiment to inform product and marketing decisions
● Collaborate with brand, growth, and product teams on community-led initiatives
● Identify and nurture community advocates and superfans
● Track engagement metrics and optimise for growth, retention, and participation
Must-Have Experience (Deal Breakers)
● 2–4 years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement
● Strong communication skills—empathetic, articulate, and people-first
● Proven ability to build and engage communities across digital platforms
● Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple conversations and initiatives
● Comfortable with both online engagement and on-ground event execution
Good to Have
● Experience in D2C, beauty, or lifestyle brands
● Familiarity with WhatsApp/Discord community management
● Prior experience planning and executing events
Location: DN Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai (on site)CTC: Rs 35,000 – Rs 45,000 p.m
