About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven individual to join our team as Sr. Manager/Assistant Vice President – Digital Acquisitions (Equity). As a Sr. Manager/Assistant Vice President – Digital Acquisitions (Equity), you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing online strategies to promote Digital Acquisition, Activation, Margin Collection, and Referral jointly with a dedicated Marketing Team. You will be focusing on leveraging the technology and internet to reach and engage target audiences and have a target driven approach. You should have a deep understanding of financial services industry and various digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquisition Strategy Development
  • Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Digital Acquisition, Activation, Margin Collection, and Referral
  • Identify Target Audiences, analyse market trends and choose the most effective digital channel to reach potential customers
  • Have strategies for each of the goals and make necessary changes as per data analysis and feedback
  • Overlook performance marketing and social media campaigns with Marketing team. Work on improving website elements to enhance the conversion rates

  • Enabling New Channels for Acquisition
  • Identify and launch new Digital Acquisition Channels for like new performance marketing channels, influencer led acquisitions, API partnerships etc
  • Drive Account Acquisitions through app, web and mobile first journeys, optimising funnels
  • Drive growth levers like whatsapp based onboarding, referral engines, vernacular acquisition and data driven personalisation
  • Scale high performing digital growth teams including performance marketing, partnerships, analytics and growth products

  • Reporting & CRM
  • Maintain Dashboards of lead funnel tracking, conversions, CPL, CPA, source level performance, etc
  • Analyse data to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas in the acquisition journey
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Feedback & Surveys of various Business Goals and measure the effectiveness
  • Continuously share feedback with the Marketing team on leads, accounts and referrals to optimise the campaigns
  • Dive into data driven strategies and analysis to leverage acquisition and margin collection
  • Work on optimising CRM as per Business needs

  • Client Engagement
  • Craft clear and engaging messaging through various communication mediums
  • Using feedback and surveys to understand areas of improvement and reiterate the communications based on the feedback.
  • Personalised communications strategies depending on the segmentation of clients, prospects and referrals
  • Identify cross sell and up sell opportunities via data analysis and develop communications to leverage acquisition and activations
  • Co-ordination for conducting Webinars and communication strategies for RSVP, Attendees and conversions
  • Keep up to date with the latest advancements in the client engagement trends across the industry

  • Content Creation and Marketing Collaterals
  • Overlook the Content and Collaterals designed by the Marketing Team and share constructive feedback
  • Innovative ideas to create engaging content and creative as per Business Goals
  • This should resonate with the target audience and convey brand's message
  • Continuously research on new market trends across national and international markets and implement in content and creative to achieve an edge over competitors
  • Conduct A/B testing on various landing pages and other conversion points

  • Collaboration & Innovation
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Dealing, Product, Research & tech teams to constantly align digital acquisition activities with the overall Business Goals
  • Prepare and present reports & data analysis with various stakeholders and constantly work on improvising the results for Acquisitions and Margin Collection
  • To enhance digital onboarding process, work closely with Product & Tech teams
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for acquisitions in the equity market
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
  • Constantly work on new ideas and execution for getting the first mover advantage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or a master's degree in finance, Business, Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Min 5 years of experience in Digital Acquisition, progressively taking more responsibilities. Fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing digital acquisition strategies and achieving aligned targets
  • Well versed with all the Digital Marketing, Analytical, SEO, social media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing & Paid Advertising Tools to streamline workflows, analyse performance & make data driven decisions
  • Exposure to Stock Market and all types of financial products/services
  • Executed new ideas and digital marketing strategies in the past with result driven numbers and achieved KPIs
  • Strong understanding for visual aesthetics and design principles ensuring that the design elements are pleasing, cohesive and aligned with brand identity
  • Understanding of all the technical aspects for website, app and digital marketing tools
