About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Communication Team Lead to drive our outreach, manage inbound and outbound communication, and lead high-impact client interactions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building partnerships, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering compelling presentations that convert opportunities into long-term collaborations.
Key Responsibilities -
- Strategic Communication - Develop and execute communication strategies for both inbound and outbound channels
- Identify new partnership opportunities through targeted outreach
- Client Engagement & Partnerships - Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global travel brands and stakeholders
- Drive end-to-end partnership closure
- Outreach & Business Growth - Design and implement outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, media collaborations, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams for integrated campaigns
- Presentation & Pitching - Create high-quality, persuasive presentations and proposals
- Tailor pitches based on client needs and market trends
- Team Leadership - Mentor and guide communication executives
- Set KPIs, track performance, and ensure delivery excellence
Required Skills & Qualifications -
- 4–5 years of experience in Communication / PR / Corporate Communications / Business Development
- Strong expertise in inbound & outbound communication strategies
- Proven experience in client handling, meetings, and deal closures
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Strong command over written and verbal communication (English)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in InternationalMedia, Travel, PR, or Digital Publishing
- Experience with international clients or B2B partnerships
