Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven International Sales Manager to drive global revenue growth, develop international markets, and build strong distributor networks across key regions.
The role involves expanding global presence, managing B2B clients, and closing high-value international deals while working closely with leadership to scale international business.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve international sales targets and revenue growth.
- Develop and expand global markets and distributor networks.
- Manage key international accounts and B2B clients.
- Increase average order value through strong negotiation.
- Maintain sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Work closely with production, logistics, and marketing teams.
International Market Exposure Preferred
Candidates with experience in the following regions will be preferred:
- Middle East & Africa
- Southeast Asia & Oceania
- North & South America
- Europe
Candidate Profile
- 5–8+ years of International / Export / B2B Sales experience
- Experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Safety Products preferred
- Strong experience in distributor development and global client management
- Knowledge of export trade, Incoterms, logistics, and negotiations
- Experience using CRM tools and sales forecasting systems
