About the RoleTech Exactly is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by managing qualified inbound leads and converting them into long-term clients through consultative, solution-led selling.
This role is best suited for professionals with strong experience in B2B IT services sales, who are comfortable engaging with startup founders, CTOs, and decision-makers across global markets.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Nurture inbound leads and convert them into discovery calls (Zoom / Google Meet)
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions
- Convert qualified opportunities into paying customers through structured and consistent follow-ups
- Confidently handle objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations
- Execute multi-channel follow-ups while maintaining a professional and non-intrusive approach
- Draft clear, concise, and persuasive follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead status, interaction notes, and deal stages
- Track and analyze key sales metrics such as objections, timelines, and conversion rates
- Adhere to defined sales processes and contribute to process improvements
Required Skills & ExperienceSales Expertise- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B services sales (IT services preferred)
- Strong consultative selling and discovery capabilities
- Experience interacting with startup founders, CTOs, and business owners
- Demonstrated success in closing deals with SMBs and early-stage companies
Technical Understanding (Conceptual)- Familiarity with:
