Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Commission Sales Associate position based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility of partial remote work. The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering customized product or service solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will also track market trends and provide insights to drive business strategies.

  • Client relationship management and customer service expertise
  • Analytical skills to interpret market trends and identify opportunities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the Bengaluru market and prior sales experience in a similar industry is a plus
