 Role Description

 

This is a full-time, Remote role for an Account Manager (E-Commerce). The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, manage e-commerce campaigns, and ensure seamless communication between the team and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include client relationship management, campaign strategy and execution, performance tracking, and providing actionable insights to optimize results. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects on time and exceed client expectations.

 Qualifications/ Skills

 

  • Strong skills in client relationship management, communication, and collaboration
  • Experience in e-commerce strategy, campaign management, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and analytics software
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and e-commerce best practices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the e-commerce or digital marketing industry is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
