Experience: 5 - 8 Years (Min. 5 Years in Surgical Sales Experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management & Market Expansion
- Build and sustain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and hospital procurement teams across South India to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Identify and onboard new distributors across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala to expand product reach into underpenetrated markets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the Mizzo Endo 4000, with a focus on driving adoption across Tier I and Tier II cities in the South India territory.
- Track competitive intelligence — pricing dynamics, product launches, and industry trends — to inform commercial strategy.
- Establish a data-driven regional business pipeline with clear measurability, milestones, and accountability mechanisms.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency, maintaining high standards of post-sale satisfaction and engagement.
2. Sales Execution, Clinical Training & KOL Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital administrators across key South India markets to drive robotic surgery adoption.
- Organise and lead CMEs, hands-on workshops, and product training sessions in cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Coimbatore, and Visakhapatnam.
- Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and senior hospital staff to build a robust, qualified lead pipeline across the region.
- Support the Clinical Sales team across the entire deal cycle — from prospecting and demos to proposal submissions and deal closure.
- Plan and execute regional sales and marketing events that amplify product visibility and accelerate procedure adoption across South India.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, legal, market access, and finance teams to navigate complex sales environments.
- Own and deliver South India revenue targets, profit margins, and business growth milestones.
3. Strategic Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Monitor evolving market conditions, customer buying behaviour, and competitor activity across South India to continuously refine sales strategy.
- Lead surgical team training sessions covering system operation, OR integration protocols, and clinical applications of the Mizzo Endo 4000.
- Engage with C-suite executives, senior hospital leadership, and KOLs across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and other key centres to strengthen institutional relationships and accelerate adoption.
- Manage distributed or remote sales teams across the South India territory with clarity, structure, and performance accountability.
- Travel extensively across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala to support customer engagements, installations, and business development initiatives.
