1) Knowledge of distribution, operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
2) Knowledge of Broking Products, Insurance, Investment products like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF.

Candiate Profile :
1)Minimum 5 Years of experience as an existing Branch Manager Asst Branch Manager Branch Assistant Branch Operations Manager ,
2) Knowledge of modern management techniques, best practices, organizational skills
3) Results driven and customer focused
4) Leadership and human resources management skills
5) BS in Business Administration or related field
