Co-Founder with investment

Cellumantra Biorefinery Pvt. Ltd., a DPIIT-recognized green biotechnology startup, is pioneering an enzymatic biorefinery platform that transforms non-wood agricultural waste into industrial enzymes and advanced biomaterials. Initially targeting industries like textiles and wastewater treatment with revenue-focused enzyme production, the company also develops high-margin cellulose nanofibers (CNF) for sustainable applications. Our technology is uniquely optimized for Indian biomass, enabling cost-efficient, scalable, and circular manufacturing solutions. By reducing farm-waste burning and import dependency, Cellumantra contributes to a cleaner, more sustainable future.

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder with investment responsibilities. The Co-Founder will collaborate with the founding team to shape the company's strategic direction, lead marketing and sales efforts, build partnerships, and explore high-potential business opportunities. They will also be involved in conducting market research, securing investments, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to drive growth and innovation. Additionally, the Co-Founder will provide analytical insights to refine the business model and achieve long-term organizational goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market trends and business performance
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies with an understanding of customer acquisition and retention
• Experience in conducting Research to identify opportunities and optimize business processes
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and lead initiatives
• Proven track record in investment and scaling growth-stage startups is a plus
• A background in biotechnology, sustainability, or a related field is highly desirable
