Role Description

This is a full-time remote role based in Delhi-NCR, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Co-Founder, you will play a key role in driving the organization's growth and vision as an Individual Contributor and building a Team.

Responsibilities include working as a Individual Contributor Online and On Field along with building a team for overall Business growth. You will be actively involved in Sales Execution, building partnerships, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring the organization achieves its mission of uplifting and upskilling youth. Investment in the organization is a prerequisite for this role and Revenue on Partnership sharing and business growth model with no salary.

Qualifications

• Leadership - Entrepreneurial mindset and Commitment to providing investment capability to drive strategic growth initiatives and effectively co-lead the company
• Self Motivated Individual contributor along with building and driving team
• Experience in sales / growth / partnerships / operations
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies to promote products and services effectively
• Strong Analytical and Research skills to assess trends and make data-driven decisions
• Strong execution ability (not just ideas)
• Exceptional skills to & the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and manage client relationships
• Colleges, B2B, NGOs for outreach
• Willingness to invest significant time and effort in growing the organization, which often requires a high level of dedication beyond standard 9-6 working hours
• Familiarity with digital and social media platforms is an advantage
• Is interested in Revenue Share / Per Project
