The Opportunity

We are looking for a Co-Founder (with Investment) who will join the founding leadership team and play a critical role in scaling DentNode into a category-defining company.

This is not a traditional employment role.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact leadership opportunity.

You will help shape:

• Company vision & long-term strategy
• Revenue growth & expansion roadmap
• Fundraising & financial planning
• Strategic partnerships across India and global markets

What You'll Drive

Business Growth

• Build and execute scalable sales and distribution strategies
• Expand market presence across India and international markets
• Develop channel partnerships and strategic alliances

Strategic Planning

• Conduct structured market research and competitive analysis
• Identify emerging opportunities in digital dentistry and AI
• Lead data-driven decision making across business functions

Investment & Financial Strategy

• Participate in fundraising efforts and investor relations
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and capital allocation
• Ensure sustainable, profitable scalability

Leadership & Culture

• Build and mentor high-performing teams
• Align operational goals with long-term vision
• Establish strong founder-level execution discipline

Who You Are

• Strong analytical thinker with a data-driven mindset
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business expansion
• Entrepreneurial with a bias toward action
• Comfortable operating in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments
• Excellent communicator with stakeholder management skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of investments & financial modeling

Bonus (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in dental industry / CAD/CAM workflows
• Background in manufacturing SaaS or B2B SaaS
• Prior startup or founder experience
