Role Description

As a Co-Founder of Red Club 777, you will oversee strategic vision, leadership, and operations for the organization. Key responsibilities include identifying and forming alliances, developing and executing growth strategies, curating exclusive member experiences, and fostering a thriving, value-driven community. You will also lead initiatives in marketing, sales, and partnership development while maintaining alignment with the brand's ethos. This is a full-time, hybrid role based out of New Delhi, allowing for both on-site collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills, Research, and the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies
  • Exceptional Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, negotiations, and team leadership
  • Proven ability in Sales and Marketing with a focus on developing and implementing effective growth strategies
  • Strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to establish and maintain high-level relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving initiatives and managing complex projects
  • Deep understanding of niche and exclusive networks; ability to align with the ethos of the organization
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
