We're Hiring: Co-Founder – Marketing Lead for Pearl Luneth (D2C Skincare Brand)

I'm the founder of Pearl Luneth, a science-backed, results-driven skincare brand built to serve real skin concerns with clean, effective formulations. We're now looking for a Co-Founder with deep marketing expertise and a passion for skincare to help us scale across platforms and build a brand that not only looks good — but sells powerfully.

We're looking for someone who understands how to market and sell a skincare product online – end-to-end. A marketer who brings a wholesome, multi-channel strategy, grounded in experience across platforms like Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C websites.

This isn't a typical marketing role — we want someone who can drive growth, acquire customers, and turn campaigns into conversions.

• Building and executing a 360° marketing strategy across Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart & Shopify
• Driving customer acquisition and sales from cold traffic to loyal customers
• Creating channel-specific campaigns: educational, conversion-led, offer-driven
• Working with creators and influencers to drive UGC and social proof
• Strategizing and executing product launches, seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and bundles
• Setting up and optimizing email/WhatsApp flows for recovery, upsell, and retention
• Analyzing and improving key KPIs: AOV, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, retention rate
• Leading the creative and media strategy while staying ROI-focused
• Collaborating on product positioning, pricing, and customer feedback loops

• Bring innovative campaign ideas like referral programs, community-building, or ambassador marketing
• Read market trends and consumer psychology to build more relatable and higher-performing messaging
• Guide content for landing pages, social, videos, and ad copies from a sales lens
• Help us create a memorable, high-performing online skincare brand
