Role summary
Drive high impact growth across regions by leading channels sales through kitchen dealers and brand stores, while building a strong projects and institutional pipeline. This role blends retail excellence with strategic engagement across builders, government platforms and institutional clients.
Role and requirement for Retail and Projects business
- Minimum 10 - 15 years in handling Retail Dealers, real estate project customers like DLF, M3M, Godrej, Whiteland, Central park etc. from preferred industries (Kitchen Appliances, Bath fittings – sanitary ware, Tiles, Pipes & Cables, Iron & Steel, Air conditioning – HVAC, Cement)
- Thorough knowledge of Procurement, Contracts & MEP processes in the Real estate (Projects + Hospitality cases). Hands on with negotiations and customer escalations.
- Ensure strong forecasting, pipeline visibility and conversion discipline
- Drive pricing governance and margin protection
- Drive spec-in strategy with KDs, top developers, architects & designers
- Drive city wise growth strategy for all responsible markets.
- Project Architect dealings.
- Deep understanding of premium consumer behavior and ecosystem
- Deep understanding of North markets; East exposure preferred
Role and requirement for Institutional business
- Strong knowledge of B2B business – CSD, CPC, GeM, Diwali gifting & Corporate Trade and consumer schemes.
- Idea about multilocation delivery patterns / logistic freight calculations.
- CSD channel partners awareness.
- Consumer schemes in industries – Cement, Paints, Iron & Steel, FMCG, Liquor etc.
- Basic awareness of GeM business (Govt. E market place) – Cataloging, Authorizationetc.
- B2B channel partner appointment.
- Engage with procurement firms and consultants to drive business.
- Deep understanding of North markets; East exposure preferred

- Strong stakeholder management internal and external.

- Pleasant personality. Soft spoken. Sharp responses. Strong analytical bent of mind. Quick thinker on feet when faced with tricky situation.
- Willingness to travel extensively (10-12 days a month) across region (North & East).
- Team handling experience preferred.
