Cluster Manager

• Adept in managing 2-4 units in the cluster
• Responsible for sales management and revenue generation within cluster
• Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance
• Responsible for capacity building at cluster level
• Cross sell and up sell of products based on the life cycle needs of the customers

Educational Qualification- Minimum Graduate

Experience

• Should have minimum 3-4 years and above experience in managing multiple units and average job stability of 2 years and above
