Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Platform Engineer to design, implement, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure and platform services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud providers, automation, and platform engineering, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability of cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Manage and optimize cloud platform services for performance, cost, and scalability

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation

Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability

Implement security best practices, including identity management and compliance controls

Collaborate with DevOps, development, and security teams

Troubleshoot cloud and platform-related issues

Support containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in cloud engineering or platform engineering

Strong experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)

Knowledge of networking, security, and cloud architecture

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)

Preferred Qualifications:

Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, GCP Professional Cloud Engineer)

Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)

Knowledge of microservices architecture

Experience with serverless technologies
