Role Overview
The Clinic Manager will oversee the end-to-end operations of the clinic while driving sales, revenue growth, and customer experience. The role requires strong operational expertise, people management skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations Management
· Manage day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient functioning.
· Oversee patient flow, appointments, front office, and overall service delivery.
· Ensure clinic hygiene, ambiance, and readiness as per brand standards.
· Maintain compliance with SOPs, audit parameters, and regulatory guidelines.
· Monitor inventory, consumables, vendor coordination, and equipment upkeep.
· Manage staff rosters, attendance, conduct, and HR coordination.
Sales & Revenue Management
· Drive monthly sales targets, conversion rates, and profitability.
· Lead the front-desk team in upselling, cross-selling, and customer conversions.
· Track KPIs, revenue reports, and operational metrics.
· Support marketing initiatives, local promotions, and collaborations.
· Enhance customer retention, repeat business, and referrals.
Team Leadership
· Lead and mentor the clinic team (front office, therapists, technicians, housekeeping).
· Conduct daily huddles, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
· Maintain high team morale and ensure a productive work culture.
Customer Experience
· Handle escalations professionally, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
· Maintain strong client relationships and ensure premium service delivery.
· Monitor online feedback, reviews, and reputation management.
Requirements
· Graduate; MBA/Healthcare or Operations specialization preferred.
· 3–5 years of experience in clinic operations, healthcare, or wellness.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
· Strong understanding of sales processes and target-driven environments.
· Proficient in MS Office and CRM/clinic management systems.
