Job Description

Competencies & Skill Set

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to handle parents, children, and internal team members
  • High level of customer orientation and ability to handle walk-ins and convert to admissions
  • Self-driven with strong attention to detail
  • High sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a team player mindset
  • Working knowledge of Early Childhood Education
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office with a flair for numbers

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage overall centre operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments
  • Drive admissions and ensure high conversion rates from enquiries and walk-ins
  • Act as the single point of contact for parents and internal teams
  • Mentor, coach, and guide the centre team to ensure performance excellence
  • Monitor and manage the Profit & Loss of the centre, ensuring financial health and growth
  • Maintain operational standards, safety, and compliance as per organization policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred

Experience

  • 511 years of experience managing a similar setup (ideal)
  • OR 511 years of experience in retail, customer service, or client servicing background
