Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase III, New Delhi.

The ideal candidate will be a client-facing professional with strong communication skills, proven experience in handling and managing clients, and a background in the service industry. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensure smooth campaign execution, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day client communication.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Understand client objectives and ensure timely delivery of campaigns across advertising, content, and events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and adherence to agreed scopes and timelines.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights for clients.
  • Address client feedback, queries, and escalations promptly to ensure high service quality.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Support onboarding of new clients by gathering requirements and setting clear expectations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including briefs, timelines, reports, and feedback logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or client-facing roles.
  • Mandatory experience in the service industry (marketing, advertising, digital, media, events, or related domains).
  • Proven experience in handling clients independently and managing multiple accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management and service delivery.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in reporting, data interpretation, and performance tracking.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional internal teams.
