About the Role
Promodome Communications is looking for a Sr. Client Servicing Executive. The ideal candidate must have worked on prominent brands in leading advertising agencies. Must have solid marketing experience and its translation into advertising and communication/creative strategy. Should be well versed with brand strategy, campaign planning, and social media marketing. Hands-on experience of managing PAN India brands is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Will lead the agency's interaction with the assigned clients.
- Understanding of client briefs, brand positioning, and marketing objectives.
- Should be able to translate client's objectives into clear strategic & creative briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and media teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Oversee end-to-end project management from briefing to delivery to collection.
- Manage integrated campaigns comprising ATL, BTL, and Digital/social media; monitor campaign performance and provide strategic inputs for optimization.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 23 years of experience in a reputed advertising agency (mandatory), specially in handling PAN India brands.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and communication/creative planning and execution.
- Must be hands on with social media platforms, digital marketing, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Multi-tasker with strong coordination and client/stakeholder management skills.
Must be passionate about advertising, creativity, and digital trends; should be a strategic thinker with brand-first approach.
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
Salary: Rs. 5 to 6 lakhs per annum
