Role Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Business Development
- Calling and fixing meetings
- Fixing meetings on a daily basis
- Mapping clients and understanding client structure & business units
- Ensuring monthly targets are achieved
- Ensuring 100% familiarity with Wings credentials
- Handling client meetings independently
- Preparing presentations and costing with minimum support
- Sending service reports on the same day of meeting
- Sending weekly reports to Senior Manager
Costing & Documentation
- Assisting in preparing costing, budget sheets, and closure reports
- Making post-event reports
- Ensuring client receives event pictures and videos with event sticker within 48 hours
- Sending feedback forms and ensuring they are signed, scanned, and shared with the team
Creative & Operations Coordination
- Giving creative briefs to designers
- Being on-site before and during events/activities
- Learning technical equipment and fabrication
- Conducting quality checks on prints, giveaways, and collaterals
Team Support
- Assisting team members on all aspects of work
