About the Role
We are looking for a Sr.Client Partner to own and grow strategic client relationships while driving revenue, delivery excellence, and long-term value creation.
This role is ideal for someone who combines consulting mindset, domain expertise, and strong business acumen with the ability to lead large accounts end-to-end. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and a growth driver for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Account Growth
- Build, manage, and grow strategic client relationships with a focus on long-term value creation.
- Understand client success metrics and clearly articulate how Ganit can deliver measurable impact.
- Own and deliver on account-level revenue targets, including P&L responsibility.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Consulting & Problem Solving
- Act as a domain expert across Pharma, BFS, and CPG industries.
- Translate complex business challenges into structured analytics and data-driven solutions.
- Anticipate unstated client needs and proactively propose innovative solutions.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive end-to-end account growth strategy, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build a strong pipeline of projects and client proposals.
- Represent Ganit in external forums such as conferences, summits, and webinars to enhance brand visibility.
Leadership & Team Building
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across delivery and account management.
- Develop the next layer of leadership within the organization.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and excellence.
Execution & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure high-quality delivery across engagements with strong accountability (the buck stops here).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, and business teams.
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach with a willingness to dive deep when required.
Qualifications Required
- 10+ years of overall experience with at least 8+ years in client relationship management and account growth.
- Proven experience in managing and growing key accounts with P&L ownership.
- Strong domain expertise in Pharma, BFS, or CPG industries.
- Ability to bridge business problems with analytics/data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience in consulting, analytics, or data-driven organizations.
