Location - Navi Mumbai
Function - The role will drive the end-to-end health product portfolio, focusing on digital-first, customer-centric solutions aligned with business goals. The incumbent will lead product strategy, development, and innovation, leveraging technology to enhance customer experience and improve health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities -
Define and execute product strategy and digital roadmap for health products.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
Drive digital transformation using AI, analytics, telehealth, and emerging technologies.
Build customer-centric, scalable products with strong focus on user experience.
Use data and analytics to track performance, improve adoption, and optimize outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, sales, marketing, operations) for execution.
Partner with external stakeholders including healthcare providers and tech vendors.
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Manage budgets, profitability, and resource allocation.
Ideal Profile
8 - 15 years of experience in Health Insurance / Healthcare / Insurance
Strong background in product strategy and product management
Proven track record of launching and scaling products
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Data-driven, strategic thinker with commercial acumen
