Role Overview
As a Client Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute directly to Sourcebae's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive long-term partnerships.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
Expand key accounts by understanding client hiring needs and offering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Engage with CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships.
Meet and exceed revenue targets through consultative selling and account expansion.
