Role Overview

We are looking for a project manager – pre-sales who will act as a bridge between sales, technical teams, and clients. This is a revenue-supporting role, responsible for solutioning, estimations, documentation, and smooth transitions from pre-sales to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to understand client requirements
Analyze business needs and propose suitable IT / automation solutions
Prepare project estimations, cost breakdowns, timelines, and proposals
Lead requirement-gathering discussions and client onboarding sessions
Create and review FRD, BRD, RFP, SOW, and project charters
Coordinate seamless handover from pre-sales to delivery teams
Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and early execution
Support proposal presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs
Ensure accuracy in estimations and feasibility analysis

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Proposal to project conversion rate
Accuracy of cost and effort estimations
Timely and successful client onboarding
Client satisfaction during early project stages
Quality and completeness of documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology
5+ years of experience in IT Project Management / Pre-Sales / SaaS delivery
Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS products, and automation platforms
Proven experience in project estimation and proposal creation
Excellent client communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification preferred (not mandatory)
