The ideal candidate should possess excellent client relationship management skills, a strong understanding of business challenges, and the ability to drive account growth while delivering technology-led solutions and modernization programs.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage and strengthen client relationships within the BFS domain
2. Collaborate with sales leaders to drive account growth and profitability
3. Lead delivery and modernization programs with agile methodologies
4. Understand client business challenges and propose strategic technology solutions
5. Oversee application development engagements and ensure successful project delivery

Required Skills :

1. 20+ years of experience in Banking/Financial Services industry
