Job Description

  • Overall experience of more than 15 years with more than 5 years of account management for public sector
  • Proven experience of more than 4 years of managing the delivery of IT Managed Services and Application Development for over 150 FTE.
  • Knowledge and Experience in ITIL and ITSM
  • Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
  • Maintain revenue growth, Managing cost effectiveness and margin optimizations
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction & meeting customer expectations.
  • Ensuring adherence to the MSA, Contracts/SOWs
  • People management skills - Planning, recruiting & managing the team to fulfill customer commitments.
  • Managing geographically distributed teams
  • Overseeing IT service delivery including Software Development
  • Implementing processes & methodologies to deliver services efficiently & maintain productivity.
  • Understanding & addressing the customer's special requirements on a need basis.
  • Providing leadership to a team of IT professionals.
  • Managing customer escalations.
  • Developing & maintaining a service culture & implementing measures to improve service performance.
  • Ensure quality in deliveries through knowledge of Quality Standards and Procedures
  • Meeting the SLAs committed to customers.
  • Assisting customers in achieving their objectives.
  • Conducting service reviews with customers.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation.
  • Exploring & capitalizing on growth opportunities.
  • Understanding technologies related to IT Service Delivery, including servers, networking, storage, virtualization & cloud
  • Applying expertise in processes, methodologies & delivery management to meet SLAs.
  • Utilizing monitoring tools effectively.
