Job Description

Self-motivated candidate who is passionate and understands the Digital & Technology landscape/trends. Candidates with 20+ years of global delivery should have a demonstrated track record of outstanding success leading cross-functional multi-location delivery teams. Should have lead delivery spanning 500+ HC and a $50Mn+ business. This role would be pivotal in leading the experience HBU deliveries across the Vertical Business Unit and require exceptional skills building and cultivating relationships and opportunities within Vertical Business Unit.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Delivery of Projects across the VBUs business of 50M plus across the verticals and Geos
  • Drive global business and technology re-engineering Initiatives within Digital Transformation Platforms and Business Solutions
  • Strong Expertise on project management, agile sprint delivery cycles, program management and budget management, team performance reviews, vendor negotiations, etc.
  • Experience of working with Mid-large scale global teams
  • Management of P&L of the delivery includes - resource management, managing the margins, estimations and with overall responsibility of business risk assessment for actions taken.
  • Manage relationships with clients and seek both short and long term new business opportunities. Ensuring continuous performance improvement in all areas of the delivery.
  • Solution Design, Technical Architecture, Engagement Management
  • Develops and maintain senior technical client relationships
  • Provide guidance to project team and timely conduct and monitor performance management, particularly for architects and technical leads
  • Leveraging the best-in-class delivery practices and solutions to add real value for client and drive growth
  • Write and/or reviews Statements of Work (SoW), be proactive, provide appropriate internal execution status communication and handle escalation.
  • Own the deployment and delivery of the unit and ensure delivery against timeline, budget, and impact
  • Coordinates with various vertical business units (VBU) and global sales teams to drive the overall competency growth as per market needs, future market focus and help define workable Go to Market (GTM) focus.
  • Help drive business from ongoing clients and help win new clients.
