Civil Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in New Delhi. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing structural and civil engineering designs for telecom structures, media display boards, and related infrastructure. Daily tasks include site inspections, coordinating surveys and testing, preparing drawings and technical reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves planning and monitoring project timelines, collaborating with project managers and drafting teams, and providing technical support during construction and installation. The Civil Engineer will also liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies to address technical queries and support project approvals.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in core Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply engineering principles to telecom and media display board structures.
• Experience in project Planning and coordination, including scheduling, resource planning, and monitoring site progress.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure design, with awareness of relevant local and national regulations.
• Professional experience working as Civil Engineers on structural or infrastructure projects, ideally in telecom or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in engineering design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS or similar) and familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and survey data, and prepare clear technical documentation and reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely on active sites and in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
• Previous experience with testing and survey processes or working with government or certified testing agencies is an advantage.
