About the job

Livnivasa is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to manage residential construction projects from planning to execution. The role involves site supervision, coordination with contractors, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of projects as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and structural engineers
• Monitor material quality, workmanship, and safety standards
• Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements, and progress updates
• Control project timelines, costs, and material usage
• Resolve on-site technical issues and execution challenges
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

Required Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
