Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Gurugram. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising civil engineering projects such as roads, drainage systems, buildings, and related infrastructure. Daily activities include preparing and reviewing design drawings, specifications, and reports; performing site inspections; coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders; and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. The role also involves stormwater management planning, analyzing survey and geotechnical data, estimating quantities and costs, and monitoring project progress to meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements. The Civil Engineer will collaborate closely with project teams to resolve technical issues and support effective project delivery from concept through completion.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply engineering principles to real-world infrastructure projects.
- Experience working as a Civil Engineer on planning, execution, and supervision of construction or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of Planning and Stormwater Management, including drainage design, runoff analysis, and water management best practices.
- Proficiency with relevant design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, or similar tools) and MS Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with local building codes, engineering standards, and safety regulations applicable in India.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, clients, and on-site personnel.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
