Job Summary:-
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to manage and supervise high-rise real estate construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at high-rise project sites.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, material consumption, and manpower deployment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Prepare and verify BOQs, measurements, and contractor bills.
- Handle site documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
Experience Required:-
- Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in real estate or construction projects
- Mandatory experience working on High-Rise Residential Buildings.
- Strong hands-on exposure in site execution and project coordination
Educational Qualification:-
- B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Required Skills & Competencies:-
- Strong knowledge of high-rise construction techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Excellent site management, execution, and quality control skills.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Software Knowledge (Preferred):-
- AutoCAD.
- MS Excel & MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools.
