About the Role:-We are actively seeking an experienced Civil Engineer – Site Head to lead and manage affordable high-rise residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in site execution, project management, quality control, and team leadership, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with construction standards.
Key Responsibilities:-- Lead complete site operations and execution for high-rise residential projects.
- Manage construction planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance norms.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor budget, cost control, and material management.
- Handle site inspections, audits, and reporting to senior management.
- Drive timely project completion with optimum resource utilization.
- Supervise and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and labor workforce.
Key Requirements:-- Minimum 5 Years - 7 Years of hands-on experience in affordable high-rise housing projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, MIVIAN Structure, Steel Frame Structure, site execution, and construction methodologies.
- Proven experience in site leadership / project head roles.
- Excellent skills in team management, coordination, and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with construction software & project management tools.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:- - Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in real estate / residential construction projects.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines efficiently.
- Candidate belongs from Gurugram, Faridabad, Palwal would be Preferable.
