Job Description

About Logikality

Logikality is an AI-first technology start-up focused on workflow-native automation for mortgage, title, and financial services. We design AI agents and expert-backed operations that help lenders and financial institutions move from document-heavy workflows to decision-ready operations.

We are at an early but fast-moving stage, building product, customers, and teams in parallel. The Chief of Staff role is central to keeping this journey aligned and moving.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role that blends strategy, execution, and internal operations.

You will be the force that helps convert ideas and conversations into structured plans, decisions, and outcomes. You will keep priorities sharp, communication clear, and execution on track across product, sales, operations, investor relations, and hiring.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ambiguity, likes working close to the decision line, and is comfortable with both board-level decks and ground-level follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic planning and execution

  • Work with the CEO to translate vision and strategy into clear quarterly and monthly priorities.
  • Build and maintain company-level OKRs and dashboards.
  • Coordinate preparation for key meetings with customers, partners, and investors, including briefs, data, and follow-ups.

2. Operating cadence and governance

  • Design and run the operating rhythm: leadership meetings, weekly reviews, stand-ups, and key decision forums.
  • Track action items, owners, and timelines; ensure commitments are followed through.
  • Create concise decision notes and summaries after important discussions.

3. Special projects and problem solving

  • Lead cross-functional projects that do not sit cleanly in a single function (for example, a new customer pilot, a new market experiment, or a new internal process).
  • Structure complex, fuzzy problems, bring data, frame options, and drive to decisions.

4. Internal communication and alignment

  • Help the CEO communicate clearly with the broader team through notes, updates, and internal documents.
  • Ensure teams understand the why behind priorities and changes.
  • Act as a sounding board and force multiplier for functional leaders when needed.

5. Investor and stakeholder support

  • Support preparation of investor updates, pitch material, and key external documents.
  • Coordinate data and inputs from different teams for board and investor conversations.

6. Operational support to CEO

  • Protect the CEO's time and attention by filtering, prioritizing, and sequencing work.
  • Prepare pre-reads, background notes, and follow-up plans for key meetings.
  • Step in for the CEO in selected internal discussions where appropriate.

Ideal Profile

  • 25 years of experience in roles such as management consulting, founder's office, Chief of Staff, strategy, program management, or operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, comfort with numbers, and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Able to write clear, sharp documents and summaries.
  • Strong project management discipline; reliable in driving to closure.
  • Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leaders, including in high-pressure situations.
  • Prior exposure to technology, AI, SaaS, or financial services is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to work with global time zones, including some overlap with US working hours.
  • High ownership mindset, low ego, and strong personal integrity.

Working Style and Culture

  • You enjoy building structure where little exists.
  • You can switch gears quickly between strategic topics and operational details.
  • You are comfortable saying no and pushing back respectfully when needed.
  • You value clarity, preparation, and follow-through.
