Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief of Staff for the Founder at White Gold, based in Bengaluru. The Chief of Staff will oversee strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and drive key priorities set by the Founder. Responsibilities include streamlining operations, directly supporting leadership decisions, managing internal and external communications, and providing executive-level guidance to various departments. The role requires strong organizational and strategic thinking skills to ensure the smooth execution of company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience into Strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to support business decisions
• Experience in team management and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with financial and operational processes is an advantage
• Ability to work closely with executive leadership and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Background in consulting, business administration, or a related field is preferred
