Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Chief Marketing Manager to lead Teceze's marketing function and take the brand to the next level. This role requires a leader who has built and scaled B2B brands, driven measurable growth, and can align marketing with business outcomes.
The ideal candidate should be capable of building a strong market presence, driving demand generation, mentoring teams, and introducing innovative marketing initiatives that support a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Define and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Position Teceze as a strong B2B brand in AI-driven digital workspace and cybersecurity services
- Develop GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies for new services and business units
- Identify new growth opportunities, markets, and channels
2. Brand Building & Positioning
- Build and elevate the Teceze brand globally
- Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms (website, social, events, sales collateral)
- Lead the creation of high-impact marketing assets (company profile, case studies, thought leadership, etc.)
- Strengthen brand visibility among enterprise clients and decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, procurement heads)
3. Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Drive qualified lead generation aligned with sales targets
- Own digital marketing, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and campaign strategy
- Optimize performance marketing channels (LinkedIn, SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing)
- Work closely with sales to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity
4. Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Define clear roles, KPIs, and performance tracking mechanisms
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Leadership)
5. Marketing Operations & Execution
- Establish structured processes for campaign planning, execution, and tracking
- Implement marketing tools (CRM, automation, analytics platforms)
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and external agencies
- Track and report ROI on all marketing initiatives
6. Innovation & New Initiatives
- Introduce new marketing approaches (AI-driven marketing, automation, growth hacking)
- Drive thought leadership initiatives (events, webinars, industry reports)
- Identify strategic partnerships and co-marketing opportunities
- Continuously experiment and optimize new channels and formats
Key Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in B2B marketing (mandatory)
- Proven experience in scaling a brand and driving business growth
- Strong background in IT services, digital transformation, AI, or cybersecurity
- Experience working with enterprise clients and global markets
- Demonstrated success in demand generation and pipeline building
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building marketing from scratch in a growing organization
- Exposure to global markets (US, UK, APAC)
- Familiarity with ABM, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems
- Strong network within B2B ecosystem (CIO/CISO communities is a plus)
