Enterprise Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and optimization of core systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA (including supply chain modules) and Salesforce clouds.

Educational Background: Degree in B.Tech/B.E (CS IT, ECE) or BCA/MCA.
Professional Experience: 10-20 years of progressive leadership experience in IT management and digital strategy.
Enterprise Systems Expertise: Expert knowledge in managing full-stack enterprise platforms, including ERP (specifically SAP S/4HANA), CRM, HRMS, and Supply Chain Integrated solutions.
Manufacturing & Industrial Automation: Proven track record in driving Smart Factory initiatives, Industry 4.0, IoT, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Digital Transformation Leadership: Ability to lead large-scale transformations across Sales, Finance, and Procurement functions using AI, GenAI, and RPA.
Data & Advanced Analytics: Experience building unified data ecosystems, AI/ML pipelines, and governance frameworks to enable a data-driven business culture.
Infrastructure & Cloud Management: Proficiency in managing complex enterprise networking, unified cloud operating models (Public/Private/SaaS), and collaboration tools.
Cybersecurity & Compliance: Deep understanding of ISMS, ISO 27001 standards, and global data protection regulations such as GDPR and DPDPA.
Digital Commerce & CX: Technical oversight of e-commerce platforms, Martech, UI/UX design, and SEO strategies to enhance customer engagement and organic growth.
